Welcome to ONEA (Odisha Nursing Employees Association)

The Odisha Nursing Employees Association (ONEA) is a registered service association representing Nursing Officers, Assistant Nursing Superintendents, Deputy Nursing Superintendents & Nursing Superintendent of Odisha Nursing Service Cadre, Tutors, Assistant Professors & Associate Professors of Nursing Education Cadre working across various Government health care institutions and nursing educational establishments in the State of Odisha. The Association has been officially recognized by the Government of Odisha vide Home (Associations) Department Order No. 45797, dated 25th September 1981. ONEA is committed to safeguarding the professional interests, service rights and welfare of nursing personnel, while actively contributing to the improvement of nursing education, healthcare delivery and public health services in the state. The Association serves as a unified platform to promote professional excellence, ethical standards and constructive engagement with the Government and allied authorities for the advancement of the nursing profession.
